  Follow the online booking process, provide your personal information accurately, and pay the required deposit or full payment.  
  
  During the booking process, it is essential to ensure the accuracy of the information filled in, so as not to affect subsequent contact with our service representative. Carefully read the booking terms to understand important contents such as the refund policy and the regulations for itinerary changes.
• Check Pre-tour Details
  
  Thoroughly examine the requisite documentation, travel insurance particulars, rendezvous locations, and other associated details.  
  
  Regarding documents, they usually include passports, visas (if required), etc.. It is of utmost importance to ascertain that their validity periods adhere to the stipulations and to complete the corresponding procedures well in advance. Travel insurance is of critical significance as it offers financial safeguards in the event of unforeseen circumstances. It is advisable to select an insurance policy that encompasses a diverse range of protection elements such as medical assistance, baggage loss coverage, and flight delay compensation. As for the meeting point, it is essential to acquire prior knowledge thereof.

  If your inbound or outbound flight is not during the daytime hours when we provide regular airport transfers, we can offer customized solutions. For example, you can pay for an individual transfer service, or we can provide free transportation suggestions to guide you to enter or leave the airport by yourself.
  
  When customizing airport transfers, it is advisable to inform us of your flight details as early as possible. This allows us to better arrange the transfer vehicles and personnel to ensure a smooth journey. If you choose to pay for a private transfer, you can enjoy a more personalized service, such as direct transportation from the airport to your specific destination without having to wait for other passengers. On the other hand, if you opt for our free transportation advice, we will provide detailed information on public transportation options, including bus routes, subway connections, and taxi pick-up points, along with estimated travel times and costs.
• Customize the Number of Tour Days and Add Destinations
  
  If the tour days of the current product are too long for you, we can help you shorten the itinerary by reducing the free activity days at the end, enabling you to leave the destination earlier than most group members.  
  
  If the tour days of the current product are too short and you wish to add more destinations or attractions, we can extend your entry time forward or your departure time backward. Thus, you can add extra tours before or after the group tour according to your needs.
  
  When customizing the tour duration and incorporating additional destinations, it is essential to communicate your specific requirements and interests in detail to our TTC (Tailor-make Travel Consultant). They will cut down the accommodation cost for your shorten days, or design a personalized itinerary for your extended days.
• Customize Free Days
  
  Each of our tour routes has a certain amount of free time, with at least one FREE DAY. For this time, our dedicated TTC can arrange additional tours according to your needs or recommend suitable attractions and cultural experiences.
  
  During the customization for free days, our TTC will engage in comprehensive conversations with you to precisely discern your hobbies and interests:
  
  -If you have a penchant for adventure activities related to natural landscapes in Japan, we might suggest different options based on the seasons. In spring, you could go cherry blossom viewing while cycling along the back streets in Kyoto, enjoying the delicate beauty of the blossoms against the backdrop of traditional Japanese architecture. During summer, hiking in the mountains would be a great choice, where you can relish the cool breeze and magnificent alpine scenery. In autumn, a stroll through the colorful maple forests would offer a breathtaking sight of the vibrant foliage.
